How it was and how it will be from June 2026 …
Our new restaurant near Moena stems from the hands and heart of Grandpa Fortunato: a place that holds stories, faces, and unforgettable moments. Here, generations of guests have sat down to taste the dishes of Fiorenza, who now shares the kitchen with her son, Chef Lorenzo. This transition is what is shaping our future: combining the roots of our homeland with an open view of the world, taking our history forward with a clear vision. A new chapter is about to begin, which we can’t wait to experience together with you.

The soul of the mountain, preserved in local pine wood and Dolomia stone. This is where you can experience the Special Dinner Justthetwoofus: an exclusive, romantic gala dinner with surprising effects. On this evening, you will be like stars that shine brighter together.
The parlour that holds our history. Dedicated to our “giaves” – grandparents in Ladin – this room decorated in warm hues is named after the people who brought the Latemar Hotel to life. It’s a place filled with Grandfather Fortunato’s paintings, our love for tradition, and conviviality. And your four-legged friend is also welcome here (upon request and reservation prior to arrival).

The Chef’s Inspiration Dinner is a four-course journey that changes every evening: dishes with Italian and international flavours, always accessible and surprising, meticulously presented. Local, 0km ingredients, prepared with creativity and respect for seasonality.
Every course finds its perfect pairing thanks to our tea & wine sommeliers: a selection of Italian and international wines, displayed in the new and elegant dedicated area, and fine loose-leaf tea, served hot or cold, in a teapot or tea bottle – because at Latemar, tea becomes your favourite travel companion.
It’s not just a dinner. It’s an experience for all the senses: the taste of the dishes, the light of the Dolomites at sunset, the intimacy of the private niches, the elegance of a designer environment.
