The Mirage is not just a restaurant: it’s the place where the next stage of your journey begins, a sensory experience where love for Ladin tradition meets curiosity for world cultures.

The parlour that holds our history. Dedicated to our “giaves” – grandparents in Ladin – this room decorated in warm hues is named after the people who brought the Latemar Hotel to life. It’s a place filled with Grandfather Fortunato’s paintings, our love for tradition, and conviviality. And your four-legged friend is also welcome here (upon request and reservation prior to arrival).

- Sweet corner. Cakes and homemade pastry products, made by mum Fiorenza with love.
- Savoury corner. Cured meats from our trusted butcher, cheeses from the local dairy, mountain butter, eggs for lovers of a savoury breakfast.
- Organic honey and jams. The authentic flavours of Val di Fassa.
- Bread corner. Various types of fresh and fragrant bread, from the small artisan bakery in the valley.

In the evening, the Mirage transforms. The lights dim, the #latemarview shines under the starry sky, and Chef Lorenzo guides you on an intimate, elegant culinary journey.
The Chef’s Inspiration Dinner is a four-course journey that changes every evening: dishes with Italian and international flavours, always accessible and surprising, meticulously presented. Local, 0km ingredients, prepared with creativity and respect for seasonality.
Every course finds its perfect pairing thanks to our tea & wine sommeliers: a selection of Italian and international wines, displayed in the new and elegant dedicated area, and fine loose-leaf tea – served hot or cold, in a teapot or tea bottle – because at Latemar, tea becomes your favourite travel companion.
It’s not just a dinner. It’s an experience for all the senses: the taste of the dishes, the light of the Dolomites at sunset, the intimacy of the private niches, the elegance of a designer environment where every detail has been crafted to make you feel at the heart of something special.

Say Cheese to Tea
A surprising fusion of Ladin and Japanese tradition. Tasting of local cheeses with homemade mustards and Japanese genmaicha iced tea, also known as popcorn tea. An unexpected pairing between the mountains and the Far East.
