Wherever you look at Hotel Latemar, a dream panorama is guaranteed! There’s the view “sa mont”, or the view of the Latemar and Catinaccio/Rosengarten, the view “te val”, which is the view over Val di Fassa, and then there’s the view “sun lach”, over Lago di Soraga. A dream location
We just can’t say it enough: Our hotel is in a prime position! The sun gives us a cheerful greeting in the morning and invites us to head out into the fresh air to discover the beautiful nature surrounding Hotel Latemar: the woods on one side, and the spectacular Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage on the other. All you need to do is set foot outside the door to feel at one with nature, but still well connected to everywhere else. Our secret? The cycle track that runs in front of our hotel and which becomes an extraordinary cross-country ski trail in winter: practical, convenient, and panoramic. Val di Fassa and the Dolomites: so beautiful!
Il Our hotel sits on a panoramic hill in Soraga di Fassa, along the road that skirts Lago di Soraga, a few kilometres from Moena and Vigo di Fassa, and – mostly importantly – right at the heart of Val di Fassa. This iconic valley in Trentino-South Tyrol will charm you with its unique rock formations and extraordinary variety of activities that can be enjoyed throughout the year: Whether it’s a walk along paths covered in colourful leaves in autumn, a hike through the flower-filled pastures in spring, a cross-country ski tour just a short distance from our hotel in winter, or a bike ride in summer, in Val di Fassa, you’ll always be accompanied by the breathtaking scenery of the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. How can you get to Hotel Latemar?

By car
If you’re travelling by car from Moena, drive through the tunnel and continue straight following the road around Lago di Soraga. Once you’ve reached Soraga, turn left after the small bridge before the church. Continue straight and you’ll find Hotel Latemar on your left.
If you’re coming from the A22 Brenner motorway, take the exit marked Ora/Egna: SS 48 delle Dolomiti – Passo San Lugano – Val di Fiemme – Val di Fassa (45km away) or the Bolzano Nord exit: SS241 Grande Strada delle Dolomiti – Passo Costalunga – Val di Fassa (37km away).
By train
If you’re arriving by train, the closest train stations are Trento, Bolzano, and Auer. From there you can take Trenitalia and DB trains to Soraga.
By bus
If you’re travelling by bus, you’ll find daily connections from the stations in Trento (Trentino Trasporti), Bolzano, and Auer (SAD), changing in Predazzo, and weekly connections from major Italian cities like Milan, Venice, Genoa, Pisa, Parma, and Mantua.
By plane
Hotel Latemar can also be reached by plane, landing at one of the following airports:

From the airport, you can use the airport transfer service Fly Ski Shuttle which will bring you straight to Val di Fassa.
