Do you know what is one of the main highlights of our Oniro spa? The Finnish sauna is a Nordic wellness ritual with its origins in Finland, but which you can now also enjoy in Val di Fassa at Hotel Latemar. The wooden surfaces, high temperatures between 80 and 90°C, and the low humidity level between 10 and 20% create the ideal atmosphere for enjoying soothing sweating and regeneration.

Enter this room without footwear, walk on the soft, long-pile carpet that is reminiscent of grass, and unwind on comfortable loungers.
