Our secret ingredient? Authenticity!
Before getting to work in our kitchen, we carefully select the ingredients to use for our delicacies. Most of our products come directly from our organic vegetable garden, from trusted local suppliers such as our butcher, Felicetti pasta factory, and other small farmers in Val di Fassa and the surrounding area. Why do we choose organic, fresh, and regional products? The authentic taste of our dishes speaks for itself. We add the finishing touch with our passion and love for fine cuisine.

How about enjoying a 100% Ladin culinary experience? At the San Pellegrino pass, our typical Alpine-style Fuciade hut awaits you with a view of the awe-inspiring Costabella group. During your stay at Hotel Latemar, depart with us on an excursion to our wonderful Alpine hut, where you can look forward to delicious delicacies from Ladin cuisine and a dreamlike view of Col Margherita and the Pale di San Martino.
