Our secret ingredient? Authenticity!

Before getting to work in our kitchen, we carefully select the ingredients to use for our delicacies. Most of our products come directly from our organic vegetable garden, from trusted local suppliers such as our butcher, Felicetti pasta factory, and other small farmers in Val di Fassa and the surrounding area. Why do we choose organic, fresh, and regional products? The authentic taste of our dishes speaks for itself. We add the finishing touch with our passion and love for fine cuisine.

Have you ever tried the typical London ritual of afternoon tea? Then you absolutely should live the experience of the MindfulTEA, a leaf tea tasting with our Tea & Wine sommelier Gessica. Not just any tea, but fine teas from Japan, China, India and Sri Lanka, accompanied by delicious sweet and savory Delikatessen. Or try the tea & dinner combination proposed every evening by our Tea Sommelier, either in a hot teapot or in a modern Tea Bottle with cold infusion. A unique combination that you won't forget!

If, on the other hand, you are more into wine, every moment is a good time to let yourself be inebriated by the aromatic notes of our local and international wines: be it at dinner, with advice directly from our Wine Sommelier, during the cocktail day, the aperitif on Sunday or simply in our cocktail & tea bar. Our mountain hut in Fuciade: a place of the heart

How about enjoying a 100% Ladin culinary experience? At the San Pellegrino pass, our typical Alpine-style hut in Fuciade awaits you with a view of the awe-inspiring Costabella group. During your stay at Hotel Latemar, depart with us on an excursion to our wonderful Alpine hut, where you can look forward to delicious delicacies from Ladin cuisine and a dreamlike view of Col Margherita and the Pale di San Martino.
