Our Sunday aperitif is free for all guests and includes an alcoholic or non-alcoholic aperitif accompanied by finger food to savour in the fresh air in the garden. So, make sure you keep Sunday evening free!

Wednesday evening is dedicated to our typical Ladin dinner. Immerse yourself in the traditional, rustic atmosphere of our restaurant and enjoy the typical specialities of Val di Fassa cuisine. Have you ever tried gnocchi with “Puzzone di Moena” cheese? Mouth-wateringly good!

Saturday is always a day of celebration, especially because our gala dinner is on the programme! Get ready to savour the gourmet creations of Fiorenza and Lorenzo accompanied by wines from our tea & wine sommelier Gessica.

• In winter, a walk by lantern light becomes even more enchanting! The light of the lanterns illuminates the path and guides us on our walk through the magical snow-bound countryside of Val di Fassa. Our walk takes us past an ancient farmhouse in Soraga before heading into the edge of the woods, taking an unpaved but well-prepared trail that leads us back to the hotel. Here, we’ll stop to warm ourselves at a fire and sip hot mulled wine, while the notes of our Lorenzo’s folk music drift through charming Soraga.
• In summer, the walk by lantern light takes you along the forest path above the hotel. Three stops await you here, during which we’ll regale you with our Ladin legends. Then, we’ll head deeper into the forest before arriving at a green meadow, the perfect place for laying out a blanket, relaxing, and sipping a lovely cup of hot herbal tea made with organic mountain herbs. Enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of the village of Soraga and admire the starry sky accompanied by soft music.

During the week, we organise free tastings of our homemade butter for all Latemar guests. Come and discover the authentic taste of the butter from our farm!

Our cocktail day is the highlight of Tuesday evening, which is open to both internal and external guests and is not included in the rate of your stay. From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., treat yourself to a cocktail or aperitif for an unbeatable price with homemade finger food to enjoy at the Alalèria cocktail & tea bar or on the Encant terrace & lobby.

On prior booking and with a minimum number of participants, we organise loose-leaf tea tastings (for a fee). Our tea & wine sommelier Gessica will guide you in your discovery of fine loose-leaf teas from the areas most famous for the cultivation of Camelia Sinensis, accompanied by delicious treats.
