Latemar – Hotel Suites & Spa has officially been awarded the OPEN Trentino Mark, ensuring a fully inclusive welcome for disabled people. Our eight new suites, located in the historic wing of our hotel for people with disabilities, feature tailored visual and audio alerts to support deaf guests and blind or partially sighted guests. We’ve designed the spaces with particular attention to guests with mobility impairments, including step-free access and equipment such as curtains that are easy to operate, grab rails in the shower, stools, and suitable heights to make moving around simple. Every corner of the suites has been planned to ensure you can enjoy every comfort with complete independence and safety.

The Thermae and Wild Soul Suites are designed to offer a unique stay, combining elegance and comfort with features that ensure full accessibility for guests with disabilities. They’re free from architectural barriers and include dedicated visual alerts for deaf guests and audio/vibration alerts for blind or partially sighted guests, providing smooth solutions for different access needs.
