From June 2026, Latemar will be filled with a new gastronomic spirit. The Mirage: a restaurant where the boundary between dream and reality dissolves. The rippled mirror ceiling reflects the light like the surface of an Alpine lake. The deep green of the upholstery conjures images of coniferous forests. Dolomite stone and fine woods pay homage to tradition, reinterpreted with contemporary flair. In the centre, a globe: a symbol of our openness to the world. Inside, environments with different atmospheres, from the refined Alpinia dining room in pine and Dolomia stone to the intimate Étoile room and the pet-friendly Stube dei Giaves, where you experience the mountains through taste, light, and emotion. The #latemarview is revealed through the large windows and accompanies every moment of this new journey, from sunrise to starlight.

Moreover, two of these suites – Thermae suite and Wild Soul suite – are entirely barrier-free. Luxury seamlessly merges with accessibility through our innovative design-for-all concept, developed in collaboration with HandyCREA to enable even people with disabilities to enjoy a relaxing and safe holiday in luxury suites.
