Accessibility

Hotel Latemar has taken accessibility and inclusivity to new heights and is now proudly certified OPEN Trentino. Through our collaboration with HandyCREA, we have elaborated an innovative accessibility concept. All 8 of our new suites are equipped with special light and sound signals for the deaf or blind. And there’s more: Our Thermae and Wild Soul suites have raised the bar by becoming entirely barrier-free.

Air conditioning

Being in the Dolomites, we don’t have air conditioning, as our altitude means that the air stays cool and fresh, even on the hottest days. Our suites are equipped with an automatic air recirculation and cooling system to ensure your utmost comfort.

Beauty box

Beauty and self-care are the order of the day. That’s why we provide you with our beauty box featuring Sothys products, selected to suit your individual needs. Please use these products to pamper yourself and relax during your stay, then take them home with you when you leave as a small gift from us.

Bike Rent Giuliani

We are partners of Bike Rent Giuliani in Soraga di Fassa: if you book via their website, by phone, or in person and mention that you are our guests, you’ll receive a 10% discount. What’s more, the bikes you’ve booked will be delivered directly to the hotel, ready for you to collect from our bike room.

Our accommodation has a free bike room where you can securely store your bikes. Accessible only with a valid card.

The booking is only considered to be officially confirmed once we have sent you a confirmation e-mail.

Breakfast in your room

€25.00 per person; please book at the reception by the evening before, stating your preferred time and any other preferences.

In various parts of the new suites, you’ll find touch-sensitive buttons to create different lighting atmospheres, ranging from romantic to more relaxing with soft lighting. Choose the one that suits you best in the moment.

Cancellation policy

When booking the flexible rate, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellations or changes must be made exclusively in writing.

The conditions vary depending on the period of the stay:
to find out the specific timing, we invite you to refer to the information received by email during the quote and booking phase.

 

In general:

  • The deposit paid can be transformed into a voucher for a future stay (within one year) or retained by the hotel, depending on the time of cancellation.
  • Close to arrival or in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, payment of the full amount of the stay is required.
  • To protect yourself from any unforeseen events, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance external to the hotel, such as Care4u Hotel Insurance.

Cancellation policy – services

Massages and experiences: please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
Romantic experiences: please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
Ofuro private spa: please cancel at least 2 days in advance, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.

Car park and garage

Free outdoor parking for all our guests. Garage with limited spaces available: subject to booking and a charge.

Both are unsupervised areas. The management accepts no liability for theft, loss, damage to property, or injury to persons.

Check-in & check-out

  • On your day of arrival, you can check in from 2.30 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 9 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us of this a few days in advance.
  • On your day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate your room by 10 a.m. and to leave you wellness bag, towels, and bathrobe in the room. Did you like our products? You can always buy them at the reception!
  • You can also use Oniro spa after check-out.

Children

Price reductions for children apply only when two guests paying the full rate stay in the same room.
Children are allowed access to the indoor and outdoor pool areas, including the relaxation area, until 5:00 p.m., followed by 2 hours reserved for adults only.
Children under 14 years of age are not permitted access to the wellness area.

Cocktail bar

New panoramic lounge with a #latemarview, ideal for birthdays, parties, celebrations, the special justthetwoofus dinner, or simply to enjoy one of our innovative cocktails!

Comfort suite set

Suites only: bathrobe and slippers for use in the suite, separate from those in the wellness bag for use in the spa.

Complaints

Are you not satisfied with something in the restaurant, your room, or with the services offered? Please let us know immediately and we will be pleased to resolve the problem, as there is nothing more important to us than seeing you smiling and happy!

Day spa – check-out

You may use our Oniro spa free of charge until closing time (7 p.m.) on your departure day, provided you check out and vacate your room by 10 a.m., take the wellness bag used during your stay with you, return it to reception at the end of your spa day, and make use of the changing rooms, lockers with a code, and bathrooms with showers and hairdryers in the spa reception area.

Deposit

When confirming your booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the rate of stay.

Dinner in your room

You can have dinner in your room, subject to prior arrangement and booking at the reception.

Electric car charging

At our hotel, you can charge your electric car using your own cable (subject to an additional fee). Type 2 – up to 22kW.
Please ask for the card to activate the service at the reception and return it once you have finished charging.

Laundry

Our hotel offers a laundry service, available on request at the reception.

You can bring your items already folded in a bag, enclosing a note stating the number of items and the type of garment being sent for washing. The price varies depending on the quantity, the type of clothing, and the laundry service required. We accept no liability for any alterations or damage.

Lost or forgotten items, theft

We accept no liability for theft, lost or forgotten items, or damage to property or persons.

In the event that items are found at the hotel during or after your stay, you will be notified by phone or e-mail, and any shipping costs will be your responsibility. No legal claims of any kind can be accepted.

Massages, treatments, rituals

Our wellness centre features a massage area with views of the Dolomites, as well as private and couples’ treatment rooms. Let our spa manager advise you. We recommend that you book your treatments before you arrive to ensure availability on your preferred day and at your preferred time.

Minibar

Suites only: a minibar stocked with specially selected local drinks and accompanying price list, to enjoy in your room or on the terrace with the #latemarview.

Hotel Latemar collaborates with premium partners, such as QC Terme Dolomiti and WeBike in Val di Fassa. The advantage for our dear guests? A 10% discount on services offered by our partners! Enjoy moments of pure relaxation with treatments based on the thermal waters of Alloch, and head out to discover Val di Fassa on a rental bike or e-bike. For bookings, please speak to the reception.

Payment

It is possible to pay for your stay in cash, by cheque, debit, or credit card (except for Diners Club and American Express).

Pets

We would like to remind you that your four-legged friend is welcome in selected room categories, subject to an extra charge. Please inform us at the time of your booking request so we can confirm availability in the chosen room category.

Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furnishings, as these are designer pieces. Towels, curtains, or other hotel textiles may not be used to clean or dry your pet; otherwise, they will be charged at check-out. If needed, special cloths for washing or drying your pet are available upon request.

In accordance with current regulations and Articles 1783 and 1785 of the Italian Civil Code, the pet owner is fully responsible for any damage caused by the dog to persons, property, furnishings, textiles, and hotel facilities, both in the room and in common areas. We strongly recommend taking out appropriate pet liability insurance to cover any potential damage during the stay and to reimburse the guest in case of payment requests by the hotel.

In all public areas, both indoors and outdoors (including gardens and terraces), pets must be kept on a leash and must respect the peace and quiet of other guests. It is strictly forbidden to allow pets to relieve themselves in the immediate vicinity of the hotel; please accompany them to an appropriate area. In the event of violations, a charge will be applied to the room.

During the warm season, weather permitting, you may enjoy breakfast together with your four-legged friend on the outdoor terrace “Essenza.”

In our brand-new restaurant “Mirage,” starting from June 2026, we have dedicated the “Stube dei Giaves” as a pet-friendly dining area. In this historic room, dedicated to the founding grandparents, you may share dinner with your dog.

During meal times, we kindly ask that pets remain in the room. If this is not possible, a table in the “Stube dei Giaves” must be reserved in advance at the time of room confirmation, in order to dine together with your pet at breakfast or dinner. Without prior reservation, tables will be assigned by the Maître, and pets will not be permitted in the restaurant.

Pets must behave appropriately and respectfully within the environment, without disturbing other guests, other animals, or the restaurant staff. Any damage to persons, property, or animals remains the sole responsibility of the owner.

Private panoramic terrace

Each suite features a spacious terrace with the #latemarview, complete with large windows, a table and/or loungers, perfect for admiring our stunning Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage. Each traditional room has its own private balcony.

Private Spa Ofuro

Our Private Spa, inspired by the enchanting Japan, features an exclusive Ofuro Outdoor bath at 41°C, offering a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

 

An oriental ritual in 4 steps, designed for the well-being of body, mind, and spirit, perfect as a romantic couple’s treat or a unique wellness experience for 4 friends. The Spa can be booked for 2 hours in various packages, including a magical night-time version.

For your comfort, towels, kimono, and traditional Japanese slippers are provided. At your disposal is the first and only outdoor Ofuro-style bath at 41°C in all of Trentino. You will also find a minibar, a domotic pergola with the option to open and admire the sky or close for complete privacy, and our touch icons to create different lighting atmospheres.

 

This experience is perfect for those who desire very hot water, a relaxing couple’s ritual, those seeking intimacy and privacy, or anyone wishing to discover this oriental ritual while being surrounded by the #latemarview of the UNESCO Dolomites.

Room cleaning

Your room will be cleaned by our housekeeping team every day.
Suites only: if you do not wish your suite to be cleaned, please click on the padlock symbol (do not disturb) located on the touch-sensitive buttons on the card holder at the entrance to your suite and inform the reception.
For the rooms: you can hang the red “Do not disturb” sign outside the door and inform the reception.

Rooms & suites

  • Please note that for the rooms in the Ladin part, it is possible to choose the room category but not the floor, and there may be slight variations from room to room.

Safe

The suites are equipped with electronic safes with a customisable code. Guests staying in our rooms can collect the key from the reception (€10.00 deposit required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay).

Safety alarms – showers

Our showers are fitted with alarms in case of illness or emergency. Developed in collaboration with the Open certification, this system ensures accessibility for everyone, including people with all forms of disability.

Ski bus

Tickets for the ski bus to the ski lifts or village centres throughout Val di Fassa can be requested and purchased at a good price at the reception. We recommend that you request them well in advance.

Ski rental partner

During the winter season, we work in partnership with Ski Rent Giuliani in the centre of Soraga. Once you’ve chosen your equipment – including online – Ski Rent will deliver it directly to the hotel, leaving it in our ski room, and will also collect it directly from the hotel once you’ve finished using it.

Smoking not allowed

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. If the smell of smoke is detected in the room, or if smoke damages or impregnates fabrics, curtains, or furnishings, a charge will be applied at check-out in accordance with Article 51 of Law No. 3 dated 16/01/03 and DCPM 23/12/03.

Spa Oniro

Our new Spa Oniro was conceived and created by the Defrancesco Family to offer our guests moments of relaxation with a… dreamlike view over the Dolomites UNESCO!

Access is included and free of charge for our guests, with no reservation required. Wellness bag with slippers, bathrobe, sauna sarong & towel included to be used during your stay. It is possible to request a change of sarong and sauna towel at any time directly at the Spa reception.

Our panoramic indoor and outdoor pool is heated all year round (approx. 32°C). In all Spa areas, access is permitted only with slippers and bathrobe. Guests are kindly requested to respect privacy, maintain silence and speak softly, in order to ensure relaxation and tranquility for everyone.

The Finnish sauna area is a nudist zone; swimwear is not permitted. Guests may enter without clothing or with a towel wrapped around the body. Before entering the sauna, we kindly ask guests to take a full shower and to use a towel under the body and feet while seated, in order to protect the fine wooden benches.

Children under 14 years:
They may use the indoor and outdoor pool and the relaxation area until 5:00 p.m., always respecting the silence and tranquility of the Spa. Diving is not permitted.
The rest of the Spa is an adults-only area (14+).

We kindly ask you to respect these simple rules for the relaxation of all our guests. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in being asked by staff to leave the Spa area.

 

It is possible to enjoy a Day Spa on the day of departure, allowing you to use the Spa facilities free of charge even after check-out.

Simply vacate your room by 10:00 a.m., bring the wellness bags used during your stay with you, and inform the reception desk. You may then use our external Spa area with changing rooms equipped with coded lockers, showers with shampoo, and hairdryers.

At the end of your Spa day, we kindly ask you to return the wellness bags to the reception.

At Hotel Latemar, you’ll find several terraces and gardens where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views.

  • Essenza Sky Garden (1st floor, next to the new Panorama Room): you’ll feel as though you’re touching the sky.
  • Alalèria cocktail & tea bar (1st floor, near the bar): a dreamlike spot where fresh air, stunning views, and relaxation come together. Perfect for sipping a cocktail created by our bartenders or enjoying an aperitif. From here, you can admire the family of herons that lives in the trees opposite.
  • Sora-Laga garden (ground floor): our historic garden, the ultimate vantage point overlooking the village of Soraga. Here, you can relax on the swing or on the comfortable loungers while enjoying the #latemarview.
  • Encant terrace (ground floor, outside the restaurant): the perfect place to start your day with the #latemarview and enjoy a selection of sweet and savoury breakfast options while breathing in the fresh air of the Dolomites.

Towels

You decide when it’s time for us to change your towels: simply leave them on the floor and we’ll replace them. The bathrobe, on the other hand, is provided for the duration of your stay. If you would like to change it, you can request a new one at reception for a small additional charge.

Visitor’s tax

The visitor’s tax is not included in the rate and is 2,00 euros per person/night. This does not apply to guests under 14 years of age and may be paid in cash when you check out.

Water

Our water comes directly from the Palua Spring, just above the hotel – a rare and priceless resource. You’ll find our branded bottle of water in every room. If you like the bottle, you can buy it at reception, turning this simple gesture into a meaningful contribution towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly hospitality.

Weekly programme

A variety of activities are organised every day, both to introduce visitors to our local area and traditions and to let different world cultures inspire you – just as they’ve inspired us. You can take part in any activity or experience you wish by signing up directly at the reception. Some activities are included, while others are subject to a small additional charge.

Wellness bag

On arrival, you will receive our wellness bag containing a bathrobe, spa towel, sauna sarong, and slippers for use in the Oniro spa. You can request a free change of towel and sarong at any time at the spa reception. Bathrobes can be changed for a small additional charge.
