Cooking is personally looked after by the owners and offers national and typical dishes with a menu of your choice, milk, cheese, local salted pork meats, vegetables buffet, various home-made desserts and a wide range of Trentine doc wines. In the morning, breakfast is served as an assorted buffet.

Every Thursday evening the restaurant gives a Ladin dinner, while indoor and outdoor banquets, lunches and dinners can be organized on request.
